How To Stop Worrying

When worrying, you are so preoccupied that you can't readily recognize that your spiritual momentum has stopped. We therefore need a bridge that takes us from worry to the quiet, peaceful, godlike mind. We mistakenly think that worry plays an integral part for us to reach our goal; instead, worry expands and radiates doubt. Then we focus so much on doubt, that it becomes our unspoken goal. Unknowingly we attract into our lives the things that we are thinking about the most.

Become enthusiastically involved in the higher goals that you have set. Spiritual goals upstage worrisome goals. Worry, gossip, fear, hastiness, impatience, and intolerance are like viruses that suck the life out of our drive. They block our ability to become centered and focused, which is necessary to do the spiritual work that is before us. We must be determined to switch from worrying to becoming more enthusiastic about our life's destiny. We must therefore SWITCH our thinking. Develop the good habit of saying "SWITCH", the moment you observe yourself worrying. Doing this consistently during periods of worry and doubt will bring angels from heaven to help you on your path. This is your life; remember you have to stop worrying and go to work on advancing your spirit at this very moment!
